We believe your diamond should grow with your story. That’s why Luxe Aimé offers a one-time upgrade opportunity for clients ready to move into a larger or more premium lab-grown diamond. Our upgrade policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and rooted in the same integrity as every piece we craft.
Upgrade Eligibility
To qualify for a diamond upgrade, the new lab-grown diamond must be at least twice the value of the original Luxe Aimé stone. This ensures we maintain the integrity of your initial investment while offering access to larger, higher-grade diamonds in the future.
Only diamonds originally purchased from Luxe Aimé are eligible for our upgrade program. We do not accept diamonds purchased from other retailers or third-party sources.
Requirements for Acceptance
Your original diamond must meet the following criteria:
1. Be in resellable condition, free of major chips, cracks, or damage
2. Include the original certification (IGI or GIA) and documentation
3. Have been set in a manner that did not structurally alter or damage the stone
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition and authenticity of the returned diamond before confirming eligibility.
Duties, Taxes, and Pricing Terms
All duties, taxes, and associated fees will be applied to the full retail price of your new upgraded diamond. These are not deducted from the value of your trade-in and must be paid in full at the time of upgrade. Your original diamond’s value will be issued as a credit toward the new purchase.
Please note that the original ring setting may not always be compatible with the upgraded stone due to changes in size, shape, or structural requirements. If your current setting cannot be reused, Luxe Aimé will offer a metal credit for the original setting,
as seen fit by Luxe Aimé.
