Production & Shipping Timelines
Each Luxe Aimé ring is made to order with precision and intention. Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on the design and complexity. However, all orders are typically completed and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Once your ring is ready, it will be shipped using insured second-day air. Many clients receive their pieces earlier than expected, but we’ll always provide a tracking number and shipping confirmation the moment your order is on its way.

Free Returns & Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose lab-grown diamond purchases within the United States.
If you decide to return your item within the window allowed by our return policy, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label to make the process simple and secure. For full details and conditions, please refer to our Return Policy.
International Orders
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only. For international orders, the following terms apply:
A $100 USD flat fee covers insured, expedited international shipping
All international packages are shipped via FedEx
Duties and taxes are not included and must be paid directly to FedEx upon arrival at customs
FedEx will contact you via email or phone to arrange payment
Once duties are paid, delivery ETA will be updated and a signature will be required upon delivery
