Can I have my ring crafted in two-tone metal?

Can I add an engraving to my ring?

At this time, engraving isn’t available—but we’re always refining what we offer.

Can I order my ring in a quarter size?

Absolutely. We craft rings in quarter sizes. Reach out to your Luxe Aimé consultant with your request.

Can I supply my own stones?

To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship, we currently do not work with client-provided stones.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are handled by the recipient. FedEx will coordinate customs and delivery. Signature required.

Can I receive my order sooner?

Our timelines are designed for precision and quality. If you have a special request, contact us and we’ll see how we can assist.

Is a signature required on delivery?

Yes. All Luxe Aimé deliveries are signature-required to ensure safe arrival.

What if my package is lost?

Should an issue arise, we’ll work with the shipping insurer to resolve it. Please allow up to 12 days for the claim process.

Can I request my order be held for pickup?

Yes—coordinate directly with Transport company to arrange secure local pickup.

Is the box discreet?

Yes. Our parcels are unbranded aside from the Luxe Aimé return address—elegant, but never obvious.

Is shipping insured?

Fully. Your piece is protected in full until it reaches your hands.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for engagement rings and wedding bands. Loose diamonds may be returned within 14 days. Altered, misused, or second-time orders are not eligible. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. [Full return policy]

Can I exchange my setting?

Yes. We’ll safely unset your stone and remount it in your preferred style. A setting fee may apply. International clients cover shipping.

How do I choose the right diamond color?

How are your diamonds graded?

Each lab diamond is graded by IGI or GIA to the same exacting standards as mined diamonds.

How long does production take?

Each piece is handcrafted to order in 2–4 weeks, depending on design.

Is the estimated ship date accurate?

Yes. Should your order ship earlier, we’ll notify you right away.

What does ‘made to order’ mean?

It means your piece is created just for you—typically within 2–3 weeks. U.S. orders ship next-day air. International orders may take 3–5 days plus customs.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our pricing reflects the true value of our materials, craftsmanship, and service. They are firm, fair, and final.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods for your convenience.

Do you accept international orders?

Can I have my ring serviced by a local jeweler?

Yes, but this will void your Luxe Aimé warranty, as we can’t guarantee third-party work.

Resizing

Can I resize my ring?

We offer one complimentary resize (up or down one full size) for U.S. clients. If more sizing is needed, a reset may be required. Third-party shipping insurance is recommended.

What if I’ve already resized it once?

Rings may only be resized one time. To begin the process, email us with your order number, new size, and current address.

Design & Policy

What are the stamps inside my ring?

These are FTC-required markings indicating metal purity and lab-grown status.

Can I remove the Luxe Aimé logo inside the ring?

Yes. However, legal markings for metal and LG (Lab Grown) must remain.

Do you offer custom design?
