This warranty reflects our commitment to long-term quality, but it does not cover issues resulting from regular wear, misuse, or accidents. If you experience a concern with your jewelry, we’re here to help evaluate it and determine the next steps toward repair or resolution.


Warranty Coverage Overview

Luxe Aimé offers lifetime coverage for all jewelry determined to have a manufacturing defect. This includes craftsmanship-related structural issues, such as a faulty setting or misaligned prongs caused by original workmanship.

Please note:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from external conditions like exposure to chemicals, pools, or hot tubs.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Work performed by any third-party jeweler will void the warranty in full.


We recommend following our care instructions closely and storing your jewelry securely when not in use.


What’s Included in Your Purchase

Each Luxe Aimé engagement ring order includes a professional appraisal, which makes it easy to insure your piece for accidental loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend adding this coverage to your personal jewelry insurance policy for comprehensive protection beyond what our warranty includes.


Evaluation & Repair Process

If you encounter an issue with your piece, contact our team to begin the evaluation process.

Here’s how it works:

$50 deposit is required to ship and assess your jewelry.

If our evaluation confirms a manufacturing defect, we’ll waive all repair costs and refund your deposit in full.

If the issue is not covered by warranty but is repairable, we’ll issue a repair quote.

If you proceed, the deposit is applied to the repair.

If you decline, the deposit covers the return shipping and evaluation.


We believe in fair and transparent resolution. Our goal is to protect your investment—not profit off service calls.


Warranty Coverage Details

We take the integrity of our settings seriously. Here’s what our warranty includes:

Small Accent Stones (under 0.10ct):

If they fall out due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will replace them free of charge.

You are only responsible for the cost of insured second-day air shipping to and from our facility.

Resizing:

We offer one complimentary resizing within the first 100 days of purchase.

Annual Maintenance Recommendations:

To preserve your warranty coverage, we recommend sending your ring to us for up to four prong checks and professional cleanings annually.

Clients are responsible for insured second-day air shipping.

Keeping up with this maintenance ensures ongoing eligibility for stone replacement under warranty (for stones under 0.10ct).


What’s Not Covered

Certain limitations apply to ensure clarity and protection for both parties:

Center stones are not covered under the warranty, regardless of cause.

Damage caused by:

Routine daily wear (including worn-down prongs or bands)

Improper storage or handling

Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or extreme heat

Any service, resizing, or alterations performed by non–Luxe Aimé jewelers

Jewelry subjected to unreasonable force, misuse, or unsafe environments

Any warranty claim filed by someone other than the original purchaser

International orders: Clients are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes associated with repairs or warranty evaluations


How to Stay Covered

To maintain the validity of your Luxe Aimé lifetime warranty:

Only have your piece serviced by Luxe Aimé

Store your jewelry in the original box or a fabric-lined container

Remove your jewelry during high-impact activity or exposure to water/chemicals

Keep up with prong checks and cleanings, especially for high-wear pieces like engagement rings
