Return & Exchange Policy
At Luxe Aimé, we strive to make your buying process as enjoyable as possible. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, simply return the engagement ring or wedding band within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund. For eligible orders, we will refund the purchaser’s original method of payment within 30 days of delivery. We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and the satisfaction of our customers.
Luxe Aimé is happy to offer free return shipping on all engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamond orders. We will send the return shipping label to make your return process as simple as possible.
Within 60 days of when your purchase is delivered, your wedding band or engagement ring is eligible for a complimentary resize for our standard ring styles with free shipping both ways. Please note that our eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design—these must be returned and repurchased in the correct size. Custom rings are subject to resizing fees. Outside of the 60-day complimentary resizing period, rings can be resized for a fee. Wedding bands and engagement rings are eligible to be sized a full US size up or down. If your ring needs to be sized more than one full size, it may need to be reset. The fee to reset your diamond is $100.
Any diamond purchased through Luxe Aimé can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund to the purchaser’s original payment method. Each diamond must arrive in original condition, with its original purchase receipt and Diamond Certificate, and must not be previously set. Each customer is permitted one loose diamond return, and the second loose diamond purchased through luxeaime.com is considered final sale.
Ring builder creations are permitted one return, and the second purchase is considered final sale. International orders are required to cover shipping costs on exchanged rings.
Price-matched rings/stones are considered final sale.
If a customer requests that Luxe Aimé hold onto a finished ring, the 30-day return window will begin from the date of completion.
If you return your order or cancel during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange instead of free return.
All returns are processed under recorded video camera. Please note that returned items must be in unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. Packages must be returned following our insurance company’s policy. The following rings—custom rings and rings that have been exchanged—are not eligible for returns. Alterations to orders currently in process void complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies. If you have requested a delivery for a later date, the return policy begins when the order was first available to ship.
How to Return an Order
1. Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code:
Contact us at +1 (800) 274-5978 to obtain a return shipping authorization code and request your free return shipping label. Write your return shipping authorization code on the outside of the package you are returning.
2. Packing your order:
For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise.) For resizes, do not include original certificates and accompanying materials. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, or any other related words anywhere on the package.
3. Shipment and Insurance:
In order for the insurance to be valid with the use of your free shipping return label, you must double-box your shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside of its original ring/jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewelry box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside of the larger box. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small USPS priority box and seal it. Place the small USPS priority box inside a medium USPS priority box. Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. Luxe Aimé and USPS are not responsible for packages dropped off in USPS drop boxes or non-staffed locations. Obtain a USPS receipt to confirm the item has been shipped—this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
4. If you decide to use a different shipping method:
You can ship it back by any carrier. For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Luxe Aimé. Luxe Aimé is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
Refund Process
Once the ring has been received, our Quality Control department will inspect the returned item. All unboxings and quality checks are done under recorded video to ensure that what was received is accurately documented. Additionally, every lab-grown diamond is micro-etched with unique identifiers, which we’ll use to verify authenticity. Once verified—which may take up to 10 business days—Luxe Aimé will issue a refund for the original purchase price using the same method of payment, except for bank wires, which are refunded via check. Credit card refunds may take up to one full billing cycle to appear depending on your provider.
You must obtain a return shipping authorization code prior to returning. If you do not include this code on your return label or if packaging doesn’t meet the standards above, Luxe Aimé may refuse the delivery or charge a $150 restocking fee. You have seven days from the issuance of the return authorization code to ship your return. All refund requests may require completion of additional paperwork.
